I couldn’t see if the stitch in the main scarf was a back stitch with a knot forming each time or was the thread out of the way and not knotted.
I have a fragile silk scarf my mother had from a close friend so when I wear it I’m honouring both these lovely people, now gone. I’ve wanted to fix it because it’s frayed so with these skills I can do that now. Many thanks.
Lovely 🪄🧵🪡✨💨
Thanks! This is exactly what I needed.
Do you put something below the silk, or does it go directly over the table? What is the material of the table? Is there a better materisl to recieve the silk? Thank you!
What kind of dye do you use please?
Well that doesn't look too good. Its better to do with sewing machine
hmmm w method I hope this ink is free of heavy metals and non toxic
Спасибо!
Good days! I am an old man (69 years old) who dedicated himself to making screen printing, but the inks in PORTUGAL, are very thick and very expensive, I fight for some tips on your screen printing ink, has a soft and fine touch, as it is in the pieces coming from ASIA, we can not compete with them, and I remembered to ask you for some tips how to make these inks for me, I don't want your secret, but I know you can help me how to do it. Grateful for the attention.
try water-based pigment printing.
Brilliant idea. Thank you :-)
thank you so. very much for this
hello j want to ask u that i draw textile design only on lage not digitally. i want tk sell my design. so do you tell me what dhould i do?
Why not use silk thread?
Thank you so so much! My almost 20 years old Hermès scarf is visibly aging. That will help to refresh it! Yay*
Thanks! Had a western "rancher's scarf" with fraying edges and am now able to trim and re-hem the edges so it doesn't get thrown out. Great camera work of the stitches!
what ink do u guys use
This is exactly what I want to look for!
What kind of ink/dye that you used? Where can i get it?
Don't know if you found your answer yet but for silk, you have to make the acid dye yourself with the right formula
Thank you very much! I just bougth some silk fabrics and wished to make my own custom sized silk scarves!
Tres bien expliqué! La prise de vue de près aide. Mais ça reste… un peu difficile ! Merci

Best video for me , How to hand roll a silk sharf
Thank you so much! You saved two vintage scarves from going to Scarf Heaven. I was totally inspired by the skills in this video & the lovely Queen’s English kept me from tearing all my hair out.
BIG THANX! 💛🧡❤️
Thankyou so much for this terrific video, I have just bought a vintage immaculate untouched & unworn 1950s Christian Dior silk scarf in the original box, but the edges have not been stitched, I now look forward to doing this.
Thanks for a great refresher video for hand stitching a rolled hem! I haven't done this in quite a while and now, because of cancer surgery, I'm finding a need to make matching scarves for many outfits.
Hello, I want to know how many meshes you used when printing this kind of customers, and what inks were used, thanks!!
i dont mean to be off topic but does anyone know a tool to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the account password. I would love any assistance you can give me.

@Cruz Payton I really appreciate your reply. I found the site thru google and I'm trying it out now. Seems to take a while so I will get back to you later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

Thanks so much. Great tutorial, visually and voiceover both perfectly informative. Definitely looks like a skill to master but not so hard that it’s not worth even trying. :)
What type of silk is this?
Great tutorial! Thanks to this video, I am going to make my first hand-roll scarf. A question: Is it a preference that the edges are rolled on right side or wrong side? It seems Hermes scarves are rolled towards right side.
I believe only Hermès do it that way but I don't know why. When I purchased my first vintage Hermès scarf, I thought it was a fake because of that. I find scarves look prettier when rolled towards the other side.
While watching several videos on rolling a hem I learned that rolling to the right side is considered the French style and rolling to the wrong side is considered Italian style. Either one is perfectly acceptable.
Thank you
do you need an off contact gap between the screen and the fabric?
No you don't .
Hi thanks for this great tutorial! Wondering if you could advise how to make rolled silk cord (such as for making necklaces) ? I cannot figure out if I need to sew and edge and then cut it off, or cut the silk into 1cm strips and roll/ sew it. I feel like there must be a faster method of doing this. Thanks 🥰
What's the music that's playing, it beautiful.
Such an excellent tutorial. The best I have found. Thank you so much!
Such a great tutorial. Very clear instructions. 🌹
You're a life-saver, thank you! 🥺
What could happen if I gently pressed the slk before sewing?
Beautiful.
